Our main motto is giving emphasis more for quality & workmanship, for which we especially employ skilled women artisans, trained in this particular field, who are financially weak and living below the poverty line. At present, we have 500 men & women artisans to produce our handmade products. Our all women artisans are above 18 years and can be dedicated to our work and her homework also. We encourage all artisans to keep themselves updated with the prevailing market trends to create more innovative products.
