Hand Screen Printing Cushion Cover

This cushion is prepared by Hand Screen printing. In Hand screen printing, there is a frame with hinges & wooden edges in different sizes. A frame is made from the PVC sheet and desired design carving on the PVC sheet, as per the requirements. There is skilled artisan required to prepare a frame. If design is multiple colors, a frame has to prepare in required all colors.
Once a frame is ready, a color poured on to the frame and other frames have to use in other colors to complete job of the design. In Hand screen printing, there are two artisans required, who are stand on opposite sides of the frames across the table. One artisan holds the frame and another artisan roll over the frame to print the design. Usually, water based screen printing colors are used to print the design. Hand screen printing can be done different quality fabrics such as cotton, silk, jute, polyester & others. A process of Hand screen printing is easier than Hand Block printing & other Hand made products. Thus, their production can be more faster than hand made products and therefore, it is more economically.
